Mr. Theodore M. Pedro is currently the Executive Director for the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of New Mexico and Project Director for the New Mexico Minority Business Development Agency Business Center. Mr. Pedro is from the Pueblo of Laguna, Village of Paraje and brings a bachelor's degree in business management and a wealth of experience in economic, business, and community development, He has worked with Indian communities, federal, state. public and local agencies for over 35 years. Mr. Pedro has had the honor of serving on boards and committees for Tesuque Pueblo Development Corporation, Laguna Community Foundation, Laguna Industries, Inc., Cochiti Community Development Corporation, Jemez Community Development Corporation, TIWA lending Services, the Loan Fund, Statewide SBDC Advisory Committee, Statewide PATP Advisory Committee and the Jicarilla Apache Nation Economic Commission. In addition, he has been on the Small Business Administration Albuquerque Advisory Council, Laguna Investment Committee, New Mexico Indian Economic Development Committee, Advisory Committee of the Albuquerque Capital Development Program, New Mexico Marketing team and the New Mexico Community Economic Development Institute.
