Currently resides in Salinas, California with his lovely wife, son and two dogs. Robert has 6 children and 8 grand children.
Robert retired as Warden of San Quentin State Prison in 2009. He has over 34+ years experience working in a correctional environment. He currently works part time for California Correctional Health Care Services, conducting audits of all 35 state prisons.
Robert enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandchildren and continues to master the ukulele. He is proud of his family history and proud of his Hawaiian heritage.
