Teach a marketable skill, self reliance, and entrepreneurship in a Self-Funding system that accents that incredible native talent

Over 38 years of working amongst the Tribes and Nations of this land has exposed us to the amazing talent that exists on native lands.

We are partnering with the native people to create long standing relationships to build the infrastructure and to encourage other tribes to tap that abundant skill and provide a creative outlet through a real self-funding native owned business opportunity for the youth, workforce, and tribal business .

The concept is simple. Keep native money, talent, and culture on tribal lands by providing an outlet for expression, production, and revenue creation, while teaching real business skills.

We offer the equipment, training programs and most importantly the support to reinforce the spirit of self reliance and creation.

"There is an immense untapped reserve of native talent amongst the tribes today without an outlet for creative expression...
With that, there is also a real lack of opportunity to provide skilled jobs to pay the bills.
When those two situations exist, that talent leaves the native lands seeking that creative expression and the culture begins to die."

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Kuleana at the SMITHSONIAN NMAI
Kuleana is a native Hawaiian word for responsibility. But the real meaning is much deeper.

Kuleana means recognizing the privileges we have obtained because of what our ancestors and others have done for us, before us.

It is our responsibility to ourselves, our community, and the world, to pass on our humble lessons and good fortune to the benefit of others.

     Thus responsibility creates opportunity.
